28 Degrès

A Study of Heat, Salt and Skin.

Creative Image Direction / Photography / Film

Intent

28 Degrès is not a fragrance campaign. It is a study of temperature as a sensory memory.

The project explores the moment where heat settles on skin, where salt dries, where light becomes tactile.  Before the perfume is seen, it is felt.

The film translates olfactory sensation into texture, rhythm and atmosphere.

Exposures

A woman with wet hair and gold hoop earrings is leaning back with her eyes closed, bathed in warm sunlight, wearing a beige sweater over a brown top.
Close-up of a textured, shiny, orange-brown surface with tiny protrusions, possibly fabric or leather, with shadows creating depth.
  • The body exposed to heat

  • Skin absorbing light

  • Time slowing down

  • Micro textures

  • Humidity

  • The surface of the body becomes landscape.

Close-up of a person's eye with light blue iris, eyelashes, and eyebrow, with part of the face and ear visible, and a reflection in the eye.
  • A suspended moment

  • Breath

  • Stillness before transition

Sensory Landscape

A woman with earrings is posing near a flowering tree with pale pink or white blossoms, with warm lighting and a beige background.
  • Nature as an olfactory metaphor

  • Organic forms echoing fragrance notes.

Silhouette of a woman walking through tall grass on a hill during sunset or sunrise, with a bright sky and the sun near the horizon.
  • Light begins to cool

  • Heat becomes memory

Sunset over the ocean with a colorful orange and yellow sky.
  • A pure atmospheric frame

  • No body. Just temperature.

Presence

A person holding a bottle of Ormaie Paris perfume with a white cap against a plain background.
  • The fragrance appears not as product,
but as an extension of light.

A small perfume bottle with a white cap on sandy ground, captured during sunset or sunrise with warm lighting.
  • Integrated into the environment

  • Not isolated

  • Grounded in texture

Blurred silhouette of a classic street lamp post with tall grasses in the foreground against a warm, yellowish background.
  • The object becomes sculptural

  • Architecture of light and shadow

Transition

Close-up of a person's legs walking along a calm body of water at sunset, with ripples and reflections on the surface.
  • Movement through warmth

  • Skin meets water

Close-up of a person's arm wearing a white lace sleeve, illuminated by warm sunlight, with a blurry background
  • Temperature shift

  • The body reacts

Person holding their shoulder, wearing a patterned beige shirt, with short hair visible on the left side.
  • The tactile memory remains

Final Frame

Silhouette of a woman walking in the ocean at sunset, with the sun reflecting on the water and a clear sky.
  • Almost backlit

  • Heat dissolving into horizon

  • A fragrance becomes a state of being

  • Natural golden light at sunset

  • Kodak-inspired grading

  • High contrast with preserved texture

  • Slow rhythm, no explanatory narrative

  • Product integrated into environment

The intention was to avoid literal storytelling.

Instead, the film constructs a sensory progression:

Heat → Saturation → Contact → Cooling → Memory.
